If you see something on the list of lot jobs and rights that you don't think is correct, you need to
PM Zinga with your updated information. She is who takes care of keeping all record keeping as current as possible. This is difficult if she doesn't have all of the correct information.
If you send tells in game to someone else, there is no guarantee that they will remember to pass along the information to Zinga the next time they talk to her. It would be wise to PM Zinga even if you talked to her in game, just to cover yourself. If she is getting tells from several people while she is taking comments or trying to work with Article to run dynamis, there is a chance that she will not catch or retain every conversation. Make sure you get a response from her so you know the communication has been completed. At the very least, check back to the list to see if the information has been corrected.
Examples:
1) You have an X by your name indicating that you do not have lotting rights but you think you should.
2) You have a ? by your name indicating that you have no lot job declared but you know what you want to lot on.
* ? indicates that Zinga does not know what job you want to lot on and/or you have told her that you haven't decided yet.
3) You have gotten 5/5 on a set of AF or you have changed your mind on which set you want, but the list still has you as your old lot job. You should be manually changing your lot job in your comment after obtaining 5/5 on a set or if you change your mind on which set you'd like to lot on.
4) There is anything else you have a question on.
