This is a list of people who have been attending dynamis runs with Villains since record keeping was taken over by Zinga in February.

There is some leniency in this list since it is a "new beginning" of keeping track of who has rights for lotting AF and which jobs they have declared. If you see a discrepancy or have any questions, please feel free to send PM/tell. Also please communicate in order to be sure that any blanks (shown here as X and/or ?) can be filled in so that we have complete information. If there is a dash ( - ) then this person has no lot job, and always posts money comment.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation, as it makes record keeping easier in general, but especially for those times when the regular comment taker is absent and someone else helps out with it.

Hi friends!

Just some reminders for everyone so that we're all on the same page.

Starting in May, any leniency will become less and less. It's basically been three months since all of the new stuff and rules have been updated. This should be plenty of time for people to get used to the idea of how we're doing dynamis.

People need to pay attention and adhere to the order of things. That means people will be losing lotting rights if they miss more than one unexcused run in a row, OR more than 3 excused runs in a row. Read the sticky in the excuse thread if you don't know how to post an excuse.

Keeping lotting rights with long term absences will not be indefinite either.

If we are doing Northlands or CoP runs and you don't have access to these zones because you need wins in cities or aren't far enough in CoP you may want to send me a tell/PM OR just post in the excuse thread for that run to remind me of this. I'm not going to remember who has access to all zones or not. This way I don't mark you down as missing with no excuse, and then eventually mark you as losing lotting rights for missing/not posting excuses.

Names have been removed from this roster if they attended only a run or two with us then went MIA for a month or more, to get rid of clutter. As of today there are 50 people on our attendance lists. More names will be removed, and more people will lose lotting rights as time goes by if people cannot abide by the rules.

I will be reminding everyone at every run to visit the dynamis forums. Nobody should have a reason for not knowing rules, which lot job they are on, or whether or not they have lotting rights.

A few priorities have been updated, so take a look at that thread if you haven't recently. Also remember that if you change your mind on what you want your lot job to be OR if you get 5/5 on your lot job you still need to "manually" change to your next lot job by "sitting out" 1/2 and 2/2 runs before you are allowed to lot on your new lot job.

If you see something on the list of lot jobs and rights that you don't think is correct, you need to PM Zinga with your updated information. She is who takes care of keeping all record keeping as current as possible. This is difficult if she doesn't have all of the correct information.

If you send tells in game to someone else, there is no guarantee that they will remember to pass along the information to Zinga the next time they talk to her. It would be wise to PM Zinga even if you talked to her in game, just to cover yourself. If she is getting tells from several people while she is taking comments or trying to work with Article to run dynamis, there is a chance that she will not catch or retain every conversation. Make sure you get a response from her so you know the communication has been completed. At the very least, check back to the list to see if the information has been corrected.

Examples:

1) You have an X by your name indicating that you do not have lotting rights but you think you should.

2) You have a ? or a - by your name indicating that you have no lot job declared but you know what you want to lot on.

* ? indicates that Zinga does not know what job you want to lot on and/or you have told her that you haven't decided yet.

* - indicates that you never have a job in your comment, assuming you do not want any AF, only money.

3) You have gotten 5/5 on a set of AF or you have changed your mind on which set you want, but the list still has you as your old lot job. You should be manually changing your lot job in your comment after obtaining 5/5 on a set or if you change your mind on which set you'd like to lot on.

4) There is anything else you have a question on.
